色師騙改運 性侵數十高職女

〔記者劉婉君、黃文鍠、王涵平／綜合報導〕台南地區某國立高職，驚傳Ｓ姓老師以「改運」為藉口，在最近兩年內性侵數十名女學生，並拍下一千多張女學生的裸體、私處特寫等不堪照片，Ｓ姓老師已在上週三因涉嫌重大遭羈押禁見。


受害學生家長是在上週二集體到台南地檢署按鈴控告Ｓ姓老師，家長指稱，年逾五十的Ｓ姓老師常利用上課時間向學生傳述因果輪迴、報應等觀念，並自稱黑白兩道都罩得住，而且是「劉伯溫的同門師弟」，「法力比張天師還強」，他的符咒法術都有極強功力，還恫嚇被害女學生前世有很多罪惡，今世將會「被強暴、得性病、婚姻不幸福」等可怕的因果報應。


哄消業障 要求上床拍裸照


家長說，被害女學生心生恐懼後，Ｓ姓老師再吹噓自己有超能力，可呼風喚雨，被害人只要與其發生性關係並「拍照存證」，即可處理因果業障。


涉世未深的學生擔心日後命運坎坷，不少人淪為Ｓ姓老師的「性工具」，被帶到新營市、佳里鎮等汽車旅館「改運」，部分學生甚至因「前世罪惡比較嚴重」，還讓Ｓ姓老師進行二十多次「單獨治療」。


家長指出，Ｓ姓老師在「改運」前會先告訴女學生，此程序為替天行醫，絕對不可告訴別人，並恐嚇發誓一切都是自願的，如洩漏治療過程，不只個人，所有家人都將受到上天處罰，甚至家破人亡。


直至今年一月十二日有學生不堪其擾，向輔導老師透露上情，校方介入瞭解後，發現問題嚴重，馬上聯絡學生家長，其中五名家長決定前往台南地檢署按鈴控告，檢方在一月十三日指揮警方前往Ｓ姓老師住處搜索，在他住處搜出一千多張裸照，其中有照到臉部且可辨識出被害人的就有七、八人，其餘為私處等特寫鏡頭。


家長怒告 男師遭收押禁見


Ｓ姓老師在警訊中供稱，「印象中」自民國九十六年開始至九十七年十一月，染指的女學生高達數十名。


記者昨晚連絡該校校長及學務主任，但校長手機關機、學務主任未接電話，無法得知校方說法。


家長表示，事發後校方已將Ｓ某停職，但Ｓ某已在該校任職超過十年，不知還有多少女學生受害？


受害學生家長氣憤指出，學校應該是既安全又值得信任的地方，Ｓ某卻利用職務之便加害無知學生，既變態又可惡！


Ｓ姓老師的鄰居說，該老師年逾五十，結婚生子多年，犯下如此惡行，實在令人震驚。
