五旬老太體溫「孵活」630克袖珍孫子 (淚奔)


河南駐馬店市平輿縣50多歲的周玉蘭，如母雞孵化小雞般用體溫「暖」活著出生僅重630克、如成人巴掌般大小的早產孫子。截至28日早產孫子靠著奶奶溫暖的懷抱，已經安全度過了生命中的第9天。

據《東方今報》消息，周玉蘭家住平輿縣西洋店鎮耿莊村韓崗村民組。12月18日，周玉蘭懷孕7個多月的二兒媳突然下身大出血。在縣婦幼保健院，通過剖宮產手術，產下孩子。孫子出生時呼吸、心跳微弱，體重僅有630克，只有巴掌般大小，因為缺氧，孩子臉上、身上的皮膚都是青紫色，由於醫院條件有限，醫生建議到市裡的大醫院搶救。

二兒媳因生孩子大出血仍在醫院搶救治療，周玉蘭讓兒子照看兒媳，自己帶著「巴掌」孫子來到位於駐馬店市區的解放軍第一五九醫院。醫生檢查後，確定孩子缺氧，建議立即住院治療，讓她去交一萬多元的住院押金。這麼高的醫療費，周玉蘭根本交不起，她只好哭著、抱著孫子離開。

孫子放肚上 奶奶來暖活

「當時，孫子的呼吸和心跳都很困難，我就先吸一口氣在他小嘴裡和鼻子旁慢慢地吹給他，沒想到，這種土方法還真有作用，小孫子竟能慢慢地自己呼吸了。」

周玉蘭說，由於氣溫低，孫子體溫上不來，她就把孫子放在自己肚子上。「像雞孵雞蛋一樣，一直抱了一個多星期，才敢用小棉毯和棉被包裹他，然後再擱懷裡摟緊他。」

就這樣，周玉蘭用她的體溫支撐著「巴掌」孫子安全挺過了9天。

體重低於750克的早產兒存活率極低，在大醫院接受治療和精細照料是早產兒成活的關鍵因素之一。周玉蘭老人用她的懷抱正在創造早產孫子的生命奇蹟。

不過周玉蘭現在仍然很擔心，自主呼吸、自然餵養、抗感染、大腦發育每個關卡都難過。「現在沒錢送到大醫院治療，家裏冷，光是給孩子換尿布時就怕凍著孩子，怕他受到感染。」
