〔中央社〕提升學生素質，教育部將加強對高中教育品質把關，教育部次長呂木琳今天表示，教育部將就是否實施高中職學生畢業資格考，進行相關研究評估，包括收集各國實施高中職畢業資格考利弊得失，也會斟酌台灣情況；這項可行性評估將於明年二月底公布，屆時也可確定高中畢業考是否要實施。

教育部下午公布有關「提升高級中等以上學校學生素質計畫」；呂木琳指出，在高中端部分，將落實高中學習輔導及成效考核機制，修正高中、高職成績考查辦法，落實日常考查，除對二分之一不及格規定從嚴認定，且以往重修只有兩小時面授時數可增加。

以往高中職重讀規定較寬，包括了主科、副科及藝能科全部都算在內，二分之一不及格才重讀；因此，教育部將檢討二分之一科目，及應重讀的計分方式。

中教司長蘇德祥說，修正這項「高級中學學生成績考查辦法及職業學校學生考查辦法」中有關重修、重讀的部分規定，教育部將於九月二十二日陸續在北、中、南、東舉辦四場公聽會，如果獲得共識，教育部修正通過，即可於明年八月一日實施。

至於高中畢業資格會考，呂木琳表示，要不要考，待明年二月底可行性評估報告出來後即可確定。
