吃避孕藥？ 醫師不同調

男人不帶套，女人該拿回身體自主權，吃避孕藥保護自己嗎？對此，婦產科醫師不同調，一派醫師認為，吃藥總比懷孕好。另一派醫師則認為，太早吃藥未來恐不孕！


婦女保健協會常務理事陳思銘說，女性第二性徵(乳房)發育與身高已經發育完成，或是初經來潮後三年，月經已經規則，代表青春期已過，若是已有性行為，可以考慮服用避孕藥避孕。


陳思銘說，性觀念開放已經無法防堵，與其承受墮胎或生育的悲劇，不如定期口服避孕藥保護自己。


婦女保健協會理事周輝政也認為，口服避孕藥能有效降低意外懷孕，以全球墮胎率最低的荷蘭和德國為例，口服避孕藥的使用率約在五成以上，而台灣只有3%。


不過，婦產科醫學會秘書長謝卿宏則認為，女性太早使用避孕藥，可能會壓抑腦下垂體功能，長期使用恐怕影響排卵功能，干擾未來懷孕的機會。他不建議女性過早使用避孕藥。


謝卿宏強調，保險套仍是最方便的避孕方式，也能減少感染性病的機會。避孕方式個別差異化大，該使用避孕藥、避孕器、貼片或是保險套，應該諮詢婦產科醫師。


市面上的避孕藥成分多為荷爾蒙加上黃體素，避孕效果達九成以上，但是易有血栓副作用，吸菸、有心臟或肝臟病史的女性不適合使用，不論吃不吃，婦產科醫師一致認同，真愛值得等待。
