鋁罐奶茶溶鋁高　腎病患恐癡呆症

國內醫界最近針對市面上包裝飲料中的鋁溶量進行調查，沒想到卻發現奶茶、檸檬茶的鋁溶出量偏高，尤其鋁罐裝溶出的鋁離子，遠高於鋁箔包和寶特瓶。儘管對一般人的健康影響不大，但溶出的鋁離子，對於代謝功能不佳的腎臟病患，可能會引發鋁中毒，造成貧血、語言退化，甚至引起癡呆症。

打開鋁罐，清涼奶茶一飲而盡，但醫學針對市面上的包裝飲料卻發現，鋁包裝的飲品，鋁離子溶出量偏高，對腎臟病患是危險份子。腎臟科醫師江守山：「問題出在茶部分，茶葉比較喜歡生長在酸性土壤中，那鋁是土壤中含量高的金屬元素，所以碰到酸性，就比較容易溶出。」

市面上五顏六色的飲料包裝，吸引了民眾的視覺，醫生卻說，鋁罐裝溶出的鋁，會高於鋁箔包和寶特瓶，而飲料中的檸檬酸就像催化劑，例如鋁罐裝的奶茶和檸檬茶，不像可樂相對穩定，就會溶出更多的鋁離子，對腎臟病患更是大忌。江守山：「最主要它（鋁）會大量累積在腦，造成所謂腦病變、癡呆症，那另外一部分是進入骨頭，造成骨頭痠痛問題。」

醫生說，人體並不需要鋁離子這樣的礦物質，健康民眾喝下肚會自然排出，但對腎臟病友就會造成負擔，如果想喝，除了品牌，民眾可得多注意包裝，才能喝得安心。
