（路透日內瓦31日電）癌症專家今天制定一項計畫，要在2020年前遏止癌症死亡人數增加，並確保所有癌末患者都能獲得止痛藥治療。

這套路線圖由63名專家和決策者制定，包含了加強篩檢和早期檢測計畫，特別是對難以取得治療的窮國。

根據這個小組的規劃，癌症率要降低就必須減少菸酒攝取和肥胖程度。

這套計畫是在國際抗癌聯盟（International Union against Cancer）召開為期四天的世界癌症大會（World Cancer Congress）最後一天提出。

全球有約2500萬人罹患各種癌症，去年因此死亡人數就有790萬人。

該聯盟主席羅賓森（Mary Robinson）說：「我們知道如果早期發現並有適當醫療協助的話，有1/3的癌症患者能治癒。」另外1/3可透過控制抽菸量、污染和其他有毒物質來預防。而在富有國家，因為早期發現癌症進行治療，存活率已有改善。中央社（翻譯）
