〔記者王昶閔綜合報導〕「精盡人亡」等傳統觀念認為，性生活太活躍有損男性性功能。不過，一項芬蘭研究卻顯示結果正好相反，性生活越頻繁越能降低男性的陽痿風險。


專家指出，基於「用進廢退」理論，經常以性刺激讓陰莖注入血流，有助於維持勃起功能，尤其是老人家。


中老年人一週逾三次 陽痿比例低


芬蘭坦佩雷大學泌尿系教授柯斯基馬奇領導的團隊，針對近千名芬蘭男性進行調查研究，樣本年齡在五十五至七十五歲之間，論文已發表在最新一期的《美國醫學期刊》。


該研究中，一週做愛低於一次的男性，每千人中，有七十九人陽痿；一週做愛一次者，每千人只有三十二人陽痿；一週做愛三次以上者，陽痿比例最低，每千人只有十六人。


進一步分析，和一週平均做愛一次的男性相比，一週做愛少於一次者，陽痿風險就升高為兩倍之多，但做愛頻率偏低，也不排除是因為陽痿。此外，晨間勃起頻率則是重度陽痿的指標，和一週晨間勃起兩、三次者相比，少於一次者的重度陽痿風險升高為二點五倍。


「規律的做愛有助老年人維持勃起功能，但晨間的自然勃起，並沒有類似好處。」柯斯基馬奇在聲明稿中表示，持續性生活能預防陽痿，做愛頻率越高，陽痿的機率越低。


此外，性生活頻率高低也是老人健康的指標，台大預防醫學所教授陳秀熙領導的團隊曾發現，不分男女，性生活越頻繁的老人，死亡風險越低，尤其是死於中風的風險，顯示性愛有益健康，甚至可以延年益壽。
