夏季抗癢 多飲用四神或綠豆湯緩解

夏季是好發濕癢的時節，中國醫藥大學附設醫院醫師詹雅閔今天表示，抗癢要先避免食用過於熱性或寒性的食物，多飲用四神湯或綠豆荷葉湯，可以減緩症狀及避免反覆發作。


中國附醫中西醫結合科主治醫師詹雅閔說，高溫多濕的梅雨季節，是濕疹好發的時節，如果反覆發生且病程較久，常會出現水泡、水腫、糜爛或分泌物增加的情形，症狀可廣泛發生於身體任何部位，也會造成皮膚搔癢的情形。


她指出，面對皮膚濕癢，就應避免過於寒涼或燥熱的食物，以免刺激反覆發作。同時也應注意日常生活照護，不要過度清潔患部，避免搔抓，作息正常，避免熬夜，保持情緒穩定，加強擦汗與通風等。


另外，詹雅閔建議，好發濕癢的患者，可以飲用性質平和的四神湯，以及清熱利濕的綠豆荷葉湯，用吃的方式幫助抗癢。
