俗話說：“筋長一寸，壽延十年”意思是筋骨好了，能增強身體免疫力，從而達到延年益壽的效果我國傳統健身氣功“易筋經”中也講到：“筋弱則懈，筋壯則強，筋和則康。“下面是”拉筋術“的方法介紹。

拉筋術的方法步驟

1，雙手手掌交叉互握，向上推伸展直到感覺到緊繃點停住，保持不動。動作中配合呼吸，且停留10秒鐘以上。

2，一手抓著另一手的手肘，向著頭部方向緩緩的往內拉。動作中配合呼吸，停留15〜20秒鐘，換邊，並重複相同動作。

3，雙手放在背後互抓，然後徐徐的將手臂往上抬高到舒適的部位，然後保持這種姿勢。動作中配合呼吸，停留10〜15秒鐘。

4，兩腳打開與肩同寬，膝蓋微彎，一手向上伸直橫越頭部向外伸展，另一手自然放在腹前，腰部向外彎曲伸展。動作中配合呼吸，停留10秒鐘，換邊，並重複相同動作。

5，手掌朝外伸直，手臂向外打開再緩緩的往後拉，直到感覺胸部，肩部，手臂肌肉呈緊繃狀態，動作中配合呼吸，且停留10秒鐘以上。

6，坐在地板上左腳平放，另一腳將其跨越成彎曲狀。將右手放在臀部附近，而左手緩緩地將彎曲的右膝蓋往內推直到感覺肌肉緊繃。動作中配合呼吸，停留15〜20秒鐘，換邊，並重複相同動作。

7，仰臥抓著膝蓋後面，然後緩緩的將腿拉向胸部，保持腿部的伸直，而另一腳保持彎曲。動作中配合呼吸，停留10秒鐘，換邊，並重複相同動作。

8，保持坐姿，兩腳底靠攏，讓腿放鬆朝向地板，兩手握在腳踝，手肘放在大腿上，施壓力量將大腿緩緩地往下推，直到大腿肌肉感到緊繃為止。動作中配合呼吸，且停留10秒鐘。

9，單腳站立，抓住另一腳的腳踝，然後慢慢的往後拉到臀部，注意骨盆不要傾斜，同時保持軀幹的直立。動作中配合呼吸，停留15〜20秒鐘，換邊，並重複相同動作。

10，坐在地板上，彎曲一腳，膝蓋靠著胸部，另一腳伸直，身體向前傾斜，兩手往腳趾方向伸展。動作中配合呼吸，停留10〜15秒。

11，躺著，兩手抓著膝蓋下面，然後將大腿往胸部方向拉，背部保持平貼於地面。動作中配合呼吸，停留10〜15秒。

12，站立，一腳向前伸出，膝蓋彎曲物超過腳尖，另一腳向後伸直，腳尖向前，腳後跟往地板伸直，保持肌肉拉緊的狀態，動作中配合呼吸，堅持2分鐘後換邊，並重複相同動作，但注意勿過度伸展。
