動輒上千，多則數十萬，「看牙貴」早已成為無數中國人心中的一大痛點，許多人不到萬不得已，寧願忍著也不花「冤枉錢」去治療。看牙為何這麼貴？「天價」背後藏著哪些鮮為人知的秘密？

●生產不力 好牙靠進口

湖北日報報導，因家族遺傳病，武漢周女士的牙齒，在20年前就掉光了，她一直戴著老式的活動假牙，但這兩個在嘴裡經常滑動的「塑料板」，讓她說話不清、吃東西不受力。更尷尬的是，有一次她打了嚏，假牙就飛了出去。

後來在女兒陪同下，52歲的周女士到武漢大學口腔醫院種牙齒：打了14個種植釘，固定了28顆牙齒，花了近20萬元。「現在想吃什麼就能吃什麼，啃豬蹄、吃花生，都不在話下」。

但同時，她對女兒為她的這個花銷十分心疼：「20萬元都能買輛寶馬了，種植牙真貴。」

華商韜略報導，業界抱怨換牙貴，實際就是指種植牙太貴，而種植牙太貴，又和中國人自己生產不出一顆好牙有關。

有統計稱，2011年中國種植牙的使用量是11萬多顆，2014年已增長到80多萬顆。但是，臨床上95%以上的種植牙，都被瑞士、德國、南韓等品牌壟斷。」浙江省口腔醫院院長王慧明說。

有媒體調查發現，在公立醫院，一顆種植牙的價格在6000元到1.3萬元之間。其中，種植體的費用占了大頭。種植體多為三個等級，即南韓產、歐美產、瑞士或瑞典產，價格分別約為2000元、5000元和6000元；牙冠則照不同材質收費，從1000多元到4000多元不等。

●暴利不實 診療成本高

也有觀點認為，盡管優質種植牙全靠進口，但中間環節才是換牙貴的主要原因。

其實，換牙價格比例在不同項目中會有所變動，但可以看出，患者需要支付的費用是各種「有形成本+無形成本」，包括設備、耗材成本以及醫生的經驗、技術、風險、勞動服務付出等診療成本。

此前有媒體報導，以最貴的瑞典瓷牙冠為例，有義齒加工廠將其出廠價定為700元左右，而安裝一顆牙冠會達到7000到1萬元上下，也有經銷商爆料稱，有的牙植體成本僅千元，嵌到患者嘴裡後，會出現十倍差價。

按照這種解釋，那診所或牙科醫院很可能是一個暴利行業。不過，這和一些公開的數據不太一致。

每日經濟新聞報導，可恩口腔的公開轉讓說明書顯示，該公司有VIP診療服務、修復、口內牙周、兒牙正畸和口外種植等項目，經計算，2013年這些項目的客單價（元/人）分別為1萬元、1817元、677元、447元、545元——並非外界理解的天價。

雖然客單價並不是天價，但牙科醫院的成本也很低，比如可恩口腔2012年、2013年原料耗材成本分別為266萬元、347萬元。同時，2012年、2013年該公司機械類設備的成本分別為6萬元、28萬元。使得可恩口腔將毛利率維持在50%。

●診費累計 比美國便宜

濟南日報報導，除了醫生等人力成本較高，還有其他多種因素導致牙科醫療費用居高不下：

在大多數公立醫院，幾千元診費並不是一次性交完，患者也並非能一次性完成治療。整個過程還牽涉了許多輔助成本，包括拍片、消炎、根管治療等。

而據介紹，與其他科目的檢查相比，牙科的成本其實並不高，比如CT，牙科檢查一次在260元左右，其他科目至少要300元以上，但往往患者做一個項目需根據自身口腔狀況多次前往醫院就醫，有的時候甚至需要同時做四五個手術才能完成治療。

「燙個頭髮都捨得花上幾百上千，人一輩子就一口牙，保健治療花幾千就喊貴。」這是牙科醫生們普遍的心聲。

此外，由於價格偏高的口腔修復等並不屬於醫保範圍，而且目前中國國內口腔醫保比例相當低，因此報銷困難，這一切都給患者造成了看牙貴的印象。

總的來說，中國看牙雖貴，但價格還算有跡可循，而且與美國相比，拔牙的價格區間達到每顆480至2000元，因此很多旅居海外的人會因為價格問題不遠萬里回國治療。

●牙科診所暴利 成租賃市場新貴

廣州日報報導，在大部分零售商承租能力節節下降的時候，牙科診所成為商業地產租賃市場的新貴。每個月10餘萬人民幣的租金接近商鋪租賃市場最高峰時期的水平。業內人士分析，主要原因來自牙科診所已成為資本市場新一輪的投資熱點。

大多數人認為牙科存在暴利，原因是往往聽聞牙科收費動輒數千元、上萬元，甚至數萬元。牙科醫生林華榮稱，牙科治療和手術的成本主要不在材料上，而且不同材料價格差別很大，其次私人牙科診所對客戶進行全科的檢查和給出全科治療方案，整體費用看起比較高，其實並不比分科細緻的公立醫院的費用總計高。

鑫伯齒科院長劉都東說，市場上的牙科診所魚龍混雜，確實存在暴利的診所，比如在某些診所，無資質的加工廠加工的、成本幾十元的烤瓷牙有可能被賣至數百元、數千元甚至數萬元，有的診所為了「節省成本」聘請低水平的、甚至沒有專業資質的助理醫生，而正規的牙科診所利潤比較正常，在10%~15%之間，而且資金回收周期很長，像他自己投入千萬元級別的資金開診所，預計至少需要五年才能回收成本。

此外，中原地產工商鋪區域營業經理洪韻發現，近一兩年私人牙科行業非常活躍，原因是她已經接過數單牙科診所的租賃個案，而同事、同行也有不少接單經歷。她成交一單天河北大型社區的商鋪租賃案，租客用每月3.8萬元的租金租下100多平方米的商鋪用以經營牙科診所。在此之前，她為一個租客以每月16萬元的租金租下海珠區一間500~600平方米的商鋪，又幫另一個租客以每月12萬元的租金租下珠江新城一間300多平方米的商鋪，兩間商鋪均用來開牙科診所。

洪韻稱，牙科診所的租客能夠接受比較高的租金，也有牙科診所的經營者將診所設立在寫字樓，成本較低。
