郵局爆離職潮 年底招考2000人

當郵差好辛苦！民進黨立委李昆澤昨批評中華郵政公司今年違反好幾次勞基法，離職率比其他公股公司高，中華郵政董事長翁文祺表示，現在剛好碰到離職潮，至今年10月底離職900多人，有人屆退有人提前退休，新進人員離職率約14％，正努力把新進人員離職率降到個位數。

李昆澤批評中華郵政勞檢屢次出現狀況，今年發生很多違反勞基法案例，比如休假不夠、加班沒給加班費、連續工作4小時沒有30分鐘的休息，未依規定設置勞工出勤記錄表，導致郵政離職越來越嚴重，他更指出，台鐵和港務公司每年離職人數都在下降，只有中華郵政越來越多。

翁文祺表示，目前剛好碰到離職潮，統計至10月底共900多人，這批離職的900多人，平均年齡60多歲，年資30幾年，中華郵政人事處副處長鄭至能表示，這批人多是有其他生涯規畫或屆退，今年初有招考1500多人，年底預計還會招考2000多人，人力上銜接並沒有問題，但也會加強對新進人員的訓練。
