101年專門職業及技術人員普通考試導遊人員、領隊人員考試簡介

壹、普通考試導遊人員考試

一、應考資格（導遊人員考試規則第5條）：

1.公立或立案之私立高級中學或高級職業學校以上學校畢業，領有畢業證書者。

2.初等考試或相當等級之特種考試及格，並曾任有關職務滿4年，有證明文件者。

3.高等或普通檢定考試及格者。

二、及格標準：

依導遊人員考試規則第12條規定，本考試及格方式，以考試總成績滿60分及格。外語導遊人員類科第1試筆試成績滿60分為錄取標準，其筆試成績之計算，以各科目成績平均計算之。第2試口試成績，以口試委員評分總和之平均成績計算之。筆試成績占總成績75%，第2試口試成績占25%，合併計算為考試總成績。華語導遊人員類科以各科目成績平均計算之。本考試外語導遊人員類科第1試筆試及華語導遊人員類科應試科目有1科成績為0分，或外國語科目成績未滿50分，或外語導遊人員類科第2試口試成績未滿60分者，均不予錄取。缺考之科目，以0分計算。各項成績計算取小數點後4位數，第5位數以後捨去。考試總成績之計算取小數點後2位數，第3位數採四捨五入法進入第2位數。



三、應試科目：

依導遊人員考試規則第8條規定，本考試外語導遊人員類科考試第1試筆試應試科目，分為下列4科：

一、導遊實務（一）（包括導覽解說、旅遊安全與緊急事件處理、觀光心理與行為、航空票務、急救常識、國際禮儀）。

二、導遊實務（二）（包括觀光行政與法規、臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例、兩岸現況認識）。

三、觀光資源概要（包括臺灣歷史、臺灣地理、觀光資源維護）。

四、外國語（分英語、日語、法語、德語、西班牙語、韓語、泰語、阿拉伯語等8種，由應考人任選1種應試）。


第2試口試，採外語個別口試，就應考人選考之外國語舉行個別口試，並依外語口試規則之規定辦理。

第1試筆試應試科目之試題題型，均採測驗式試題。



依導遊人員考試規則第9條規定，本考試華語導遊人員類科考試應試科目，分為下列3科：

一、導遊實務（一）（包括導覽解說、旅遊安全與緊急事件處理、觀光心理與行為、航空票務、急救常識、國際禮儀）。

二、導遊實務（二）（包括觀光行政與法規、臺灣地區與大陸地區人民關係條例、香港澳門關係條例、兩岸現況認識）。
