暢銷藥專利到期 輝瑞盼留3成客
（路透紐約30日電）隨著美國輝瑞藥廠（Pfizer）降膽固醇藥物「立普妥」（Lipitor）專利今天到期，輝瑞希望能留住美國約1/3用藥者。美國約有300萬人服用這種暢銷藥物。

立普妥有助降低不好的LDL膽固醇，減緩心臟病發和中風風險，今天失去美國專利保護。

立普妥1997年上市，年銷售額最高達130億美元。

輝瑞新興市場與成熟產品總裁席蒙斯（DavidSimmons）昨天援引公司內部研究指出：「目前正在服用立普妥的患者中，超過1/3的人希望持續服用原廠藥。」

華生製藥公司（Watson Pharmaceuticals Inc）將販售由輝瑞製造並經授權的立普妥學名藥，估計7成業績會分給輝瑞。華生今天清晨表示已開始出貨。

席蒙斯也預測，頭6個月內價格可能會驟降2到3成，之後更會大幅滑落。中央社（翻譯）
