　　一名十五歲少年，在新竹超商竊取一條三十元的巧克力，被店家發現後報警。警方將少年帶回偵訊後，發現這名十五歲的少年具有美國籍，父親還被專業雜誌推薦為百大良醫，家境優渥，今年六月才到新竹就讀外語學校。少年向警方供稱，是因為肚子餓才會下手偷巧克力。警方依法通知家長，由於竊盜屬公訴罪，全案警方依竊盜罪移送少年法庭審理。(彭清仁報導)

據了解，這名十五歲的少年，小學時在台中就學，在小學六年級後就移居美國，具有美國籍身份，今年六月才到新竹一所知名外語貴族學校就讀
由於父親在外地執業，因此平常這名少年是住校。警方是接獲店家報案，這名少年在店內竊取一條卅五元的巧克力，將少年帶回偵訊，不過警方得知少年的父親居然是專業雜誌列名的百大良醫，警方也嚇了一跳。

少年在偵訊時供稱，是因為肚子餓了才臨時起意竊取巧克力，但對犯下竊盜案這名少年雖然知道犯法，卻顯的有些不在乎。少年指出，雖然學校供食宿，母親每個月只給他兩千多元的零用錢

至於行竊是否有其它的動機，少年則是冷笑不表示意見。儘管一條巧克力只有卅五元，但竊盜屬公訴罪，警方在偵訊後，還是依竊盜罪嫌將少年移送地院審理。而少年家屬接獲通知，也氣急敗壞的趕往新竹地院，對少年犯下竊案，則是低調不表任何意見。

請社會各界不要將"不合理不切實際"的醫德,醫學倫理,加諸於醫護人員身上, 要醫事人員不能休息, 不能週休二日, 假日還要疲於奔命上醫學繼續教育,醫學倫理, 感染控制, 兩性課程, 醫療群定期開會, 病例討論, 還要辦社區活動, 連打個疫苗, 辦個戒煙門診, 也要上課.

醫師還是有家人要陪, 醫師的小孩還是需要有個稱職父母親陪同成長 (不要啊)
