金大籌設醫護學院 楊志良催生
更新日期:2011/09/27 17:43 （中央社記者倪國炎金門27日電）前衛生署長楊志良獲國立金門大學聘為講座教授，今天到校報到，受到金門大學校長李金振、金門縣長李沃士歡迎，將攜手同心催生金大醫護學院，期能由人才培育改善醫療環境。


卸下公職的楊志良，獲得金大聘請為講座教授兼醫護學院籌備委員會副主任委員，下午到校報到，與李金振、李沃士就籌設醫護學院交換意見。


李沃士指出，金門鄉親最重視醫療問題，楊志良能到金大任教及指導籌設醫護學院，協助將醫療往上提升，是金門的一大喜事。


對於金大往醫療領域發展，楊志良說，金門地方不大，在地人口養不起醫護學院，但是小三通地理位置有很好發展潛力，不僅立足金門，還要展望中國大陸，任務重大。


楊志良表示，任何地方醫藥衛生要發展好，一定要有醫學相關大學和附設醫院才能相輔相成，金門有弱勢地方，但也有優點，例如與大陸廈門近、能就近服務台商等，金大設立醫護學院很有機會。


兼任醫護學院籌委會主委的李金振指出，金大是金門唯一國立大學，鄉親和台商有醫療的需求是推動設立醫護學院的原動力，很幸運獲得楊志良支持，籌設工作「有如增加10萬大軍」。


李金振表示，規劃中的醫護學院是先申請設立護理學系、復健醫學系，以署立金門醫院作為教學醫院，如果籌設順利，目標定在102學年度開始招生，但因屬管制系所，變數非學校能掌握，必須全力以赴。


金大通識中心表示，楊志良是在金大開設「健康人生」講座，明天第1次授課，講題是傳染病防治，120個名額被學生選課「秒殺」。1000927
