「轉開遊覽車」！公車徵人 月薪喊到7萬

公車業者出現司機荒！為搶陸客商機，不少公車司機轉去開遊覽車，再加上要增開新路線，人力缺得兇，業者就說近來甚至每週都在補人，台北市公車業者首度聯合徵才，總計11家，要徵570名司機，月薪最高打出7萬元徵才。


公車司機：「內湖二場、三場。」

報路名、載乘客，11家公車業者首度聯合大規模徵才，以這家業者為例，表示這1、2年流動率甚至是以往的1倍，最近每週都在補人。公車業者洪滄浪：「有很多新路線，業者大家都在增加，另外，有些司機因為陸客團，跑去開遊覽車，我們公司現在的缺額是6%。」

一般來說，要當公車司機得具備職業大客車執照、學歷國中以上；大都會要找100人，打出薪水在36500到65000之間，這還不是最高的，三重客運網頁上，甚至打出月薪最高70000元，一樣也要找100人。

其他像是大有，職缺35個，月薪55000到60000或者以上，台北客運預計招65人，薪資從40000到55000，打出缺100個人的欣欣客運，開出38000以上。

公車司機：「110，80。」

回休息站，要量血壓或體溫等，也是因為工時長，更要注重身體狀況；一般來說，平均40000，選擇上班時間較久的單班，薪資才能拉更高，遊覽車有底薪加上小費，可以衝4、5萬，載客到定點，就能休息，在遊覽車數目不斷增加下，公車就盼新血加入，終結這股缺司機潮。

自己載客跑台北高雄，沿路上下高速公路載客
一天睡不到幾小時
無暝無日在打拼
沒有像公車這樣輕輕鬆鬆地開
還規定不能超時駕駛
