運動醫學診所 最快明年二月開診

自由時報記者林相美／台北報導〕台北市衛生局將開設診所，首創運動醫學專科診所，瞄準慢性病族群的運動健身，醫師看診後開立個人專屬的運動處方箋，診所也有運動保健員進駐，教導安全運動、健康減重。衛生局目前進行診所委外經營的招標作業，最快明年二月開診。


衛生局健康管理處處長游麗惠指出，四十歲至六十歲的高血壓、糖尿病、心血管疾病、關節炎等慢性病族群，運動需要特別注意，過去曾傳出慢性病患於爬山或打球時心臟病發猝死或中風。


衛生局解釋，以代謝症候群為例，患有代謝症候群的男性十年內得到冠狀動脈心臟病的機率為十％至廿％，改善代謝症候群的第一要務就是減重，改善血糖、血壓與血脂，肥胖病人以半年內減重七％至十％為目標。


另外，根據統計，六十五歲以上人口有半數會出現骨關節炎的症狀，例如早晨關節僵硬、關節活動時疼痛或酸痛、活動時關節發出卡住或摩擦的聲音。衛生局分析，目前雖然沒有特效療法防止軟骨的退化，但透過適當運動、休息、冷熱敷、減輕體重、藥物及治療，仍可減輕痛感、改善關節功能。


游麗惠說，許多民眾習慣於運動中心運動，但工作人員沒有受過類似訓練，醫院雖有復健師等專業人員，協助運動復健，但多是針對中風病患的後期復健，較少針對慢性病患提供運動建議。


除了慢性病患外，游麗惠說，診所也會針對一般民眾，透過體適能儀器的檢測，設計運動處方箋，訓練柔軟度、肌力、肌耐力、心肺耐力及伸展運動。


游麗惠說，運動醫學專科診所預計設立於捷運行天宮站的大樓內，佔地約三百坪，內有醫師、護士、運動保健員及運動器材。
