蘋論：民進黨已付出貪腐代價

馬總統在國民黨18全臨時會上，連續2天痛批民進黨執政8年空前貪腐，毫無政績卻不見反省，並且為兩岸經濟合作架構協議（ECFA）辯護，甚至嚴厲指責民進黨：「再反對ECFA，就是與人民為敵。」

藍仗多數阻擋改革

行政院長吳敦義昨天也打蛇隨棍上，譴責扁執政8年「該做的沒做，不該做的做一堆」，造成重大建設停滯，並舉例桃園機場早該翻修改建，卻延宕不動。吳說，包括國光石化、大埔農地徵收、開放美牛，都是民進黨執政時核定的。
馬、吳對民進黨疾言厲色的批判，並非沒道理（除了「與人民為敵」那句不適當的話）；而蔡英文等人反批馬吳推卸責任、總統失格、違背競選時「完全執政，完全負責」承諾、凡事怪罪前朝等，也不是空穴來風。雖各自根據自己的立場和部分事實攻擊對方，但人民的感覺卻是沮喪、失望和鬱卒的。就像兩個成年的兒子互罵，不管誰有理、誰無理，父母都很難過。
沒錯，民進黨執政8年的確政績不彰，貪腐公行，但是除了扁當局無能的主因之外，國民黨仗著國會多數阻擋許多改革的法案和政策（如陽光法案），難道沒有責任？馬就任以來的部分政策和法案也都有當年扁當局提案的影子。可見國民黨內心認同那些改革，只是當時為反對而反對，一意阻擋扁當局的改革罷了。
扁8年的政績拿不上台面，但在抽象價值方面對台灣仍有貢獻，像是提倡民主人權以及台灣主體意識等。馬、吳最好不要再把責任推給民進黨執政留下爛攤子，會引人反感。因為民進黨為貪腐無能已付出極高的代價；而國民黨也因此獲得極高的利益，但這些代價和利益不會用之不竭，很快就如過眼雲煙。

責推前朝引人反感

人民在2008年給馬英九那麼高的票、給國民黨立法院那樣離譜的多數，就是表達對民進黨的不滿。如果馬不能糾正、改善那些謬誤，靠發牢騷怪罪前朝，我們選國民黨執政做什麼？何況馬已執政2年多，選民不會跟著馬、吳怪罪前朝，而是要看現政府的表現了。
