請教各位前輩有關apply的問題 (急需大家的指教)

這是第一次上醫聲論壇，不知道以下的問題在此請教適不適當。
而我也想誠心地請教各位醫界前輩~

是這樣的，我是今年要當r1的準醫師。在這個五月的時節，apply也告一個段落了。
而自己在之前也找了一個不錯的工作，雖然在一些人眼中可能辛苦了點，
但是最近卻因為一些私人的因素想要留在台北工作，
剛好看到了一些我有興趣的職務，
其中一個便是「環境與職業醫學部」，
對於這個部門因為沒有深刻的接觸，所以較不熟悉。
不過看到他的工作以及研究的內容，自己是覺得還算頗有興趣。
因此有點心動，但是在與家人討論後，
對於這個科別的一些現實面考量有點疑慮。
1.以後的出路如何?(我是不會很在意是否可開業等等，只是想了解一下以後的生活型態)
VS的缺有嗎?還是需要往其他例如非臨床界發展等等的?
收入方面如何?有甚麼最值得發展的層面?
2.會不會是要run過其他科再來走這一科會比較得心應手呢?畢竟它的範圍也蠻廣的。

以前學生時代認為的冷門科現在來看都很不錯耶!

有點冷門的科系.....
基本上應該是公立的醫院才會有, 好處是沒人競爭, 缺點是TRAINING 完能去的地方少...
林杰樑醫師原是腎臟科醫師, 目前為毒物科主任, 和環境與職業醫學無關喔!

目前職業醫學科都是有某一專科後再到該科受訓三年得到該專科
而開始的前輩是只要加入學會修滿學分就可
其中以家醫科最多吧
可能時機成熟開始收newR1
學會的運作好像要推動廠醫制度
將來所有有關職業病的證明均要該科醫師出
專門只做職業病的好像還不多
你可以多問看看
