「非常泰」非常氣! 消基會:不理會 不澄清

更新日期:2010/03/19 13:35 消基會指控餐廳「美牛」標示不清，引起被指控餐廳反彈，被點名使用美國帶骨牛肉的「非常泰」餐廳，上午提出肉品來源證明文件，強調只使用美國「去骨牛肉」，絕對沒有使用「帶骨」牛肉，要求消基會必須在三天內登報澄清，否則不排除任何維護權益的可能行動。消基會上午則強調：調查程序明確，內容清楚，不需要回應餐廳業者的要求。（彭群弼報導）


消基會前一天針對美牛進行的全省餐廳調查，引起不少餐廳業者反彈，一家業者表示：消基會要求門口，櫃臺，菜單都要標示，但衛生署的要求卻只是選擇其一，導致業者明明遵守規定，卻被消基會點名，與政府的要求不同，造成消費者誤導，對業者並不公平，期盼消基會保護消費者的同時，也能夠注意法律的要求。


至於被點名使用帶骨美國牛肉的「非常泰」連鎖餐廳，上午大動作召開記者會自清，總監蔡秉錚提出了肉品購買的來源文件，強調根本沒有使用美國帶骨牛，而是使用「去骨牛肉」，其次，調查過程，也從未提及使用帶骨牛肉，消基會調查有瑕疵志工去詢問我們店長，有沒有使用帶骨牛肉，我們店長說沒有。


蔡秉錚表示：事後也主動跟消基會聯繫，但沒有獲得回應，因此發出信函，要求消基會三天內在四大報刊登半版更正訊息，並在網路上更新內容，以正視聽。蔡秉錚說：如果消基會沒有正面回應，也不排除採取其他確保權益的行動。不過，有關消基會指出菜單沒有正確標示的缺失，已經在前一天全面更新。


對此，消基會秘書長黃鈺生強調：所有調查志工都是持消基會的公文，明列五個簡單的訪查問題去調查，經過比對資料及訪談志工的詢問，消基會的調查完全沒有問題，不需要登報澄清我們確實回頭去查資料，確實是這樣，是否出現溝通問題？我們不知道。
