油價一直漲，很多人乾脆把車停在家裡，改搭公車或捷運，但是不開車，還是要繳汽車燃料稅，消基會統計，每年政府隨車徵收的燃料税，比起隨油徵收，多收了119億，消基會認為很不公平，要求政府要改變徵收原則。


每天捷運上下班時間，總是擠滿了人，這些人，有很多都是有車階級，只是因為油價太貴，改搭捷運，但他們省了油錢，卻省不了汽車燃料稅，根據消基會統計，以一台1800C.C.的小客車來計算，平均一年加油費加上固定的燃料費，要花43590元，但若是將燃料費納入油錢，隨油徵收的話，只要42015元，民眾總共多繳了1575元。而政府每年隨車徵收的燃料稅，足足多收了119億，車主大多都認為，現在的隨車徵收不公平。


其實很多先進國家，也都是以使用者付費的原則，隨油徵收汽燃稅，跑的多才繳的多，也符合比例原則，消基會希望政府從善如流，儘速改善徵收規定I。

1.申報停牌後要再申請牌照,是要再去驗車的
,而且是到監理站驗車,不能到民間驗車場去驗車!

2.牌照稅跟燃料稅的計算,
是從1月1日起算,至你申報停牌的那一天止,
如汽車是1200cc,牌照稅跟燃料稅都是4320元,
你報停的那一天是5月15日,總共是135天,
每一天的牌照稅跟燃料稅各是11.8元*135天=1598元,
在繳回大牌時,就要繳清!(行照也一起繳回)

3.日後要復牌要繳清到12月31日止的牌照稅跟燃料稅
,算法與上述算法一樣,再繳一副大牌牌照費600元
(強制險要事先辦妥),驗車費,行照費等等!

4.如果車輛要停駛,又不想白白浪費稅金的話,
還是申報停牌比較好,有需要的時候再復牌吧!

5.汽車停駛過戶 : 須要先繳納稅金至停駛日 ,
需告知承辦人員要" 停駛中過戶 "

6.停駛中過戶需要驗車嗎 ：不需要
{停駛牌照不可超過１年否則會被監理站註銷牌照}
停駛中過戶,需繳新車主行照費200元,OK!

7.需要準備什麼證件：新.舊車主ㄉ身分證{駕照}和印章,行照,
領牌登記書,如沒有一定要原車主ㄉ身分證才能補發.
兩面鐵牌,保險卡{有效期限３０天內}　

8.復駛要換新牌照嗎?還是一樣用舊牌? :不需要
{停駛牌照不可超過１年否則會被監理站註銷牌照,才須要換新牌照}OK!　　

9.復駛：要驗車,要準備新車主ㄉ身分證.印章.保險卡.停駛單,
停駛前繳ㄉ稅金單還有錢錢　　　

10.復駛牌照需要花費多少錢：
稅金由領牌日繳至１２月３１日,行照費200元,驗車費450元,保險卡費

老實說 我個人因為通勤距離長且山路彎曲上上下下 油耗一定高又多
不隨油徵收應該對我比較有利 不過我也贊成隨油徵收 使用者付費大家比較甘心
不過我想大概不可能吧！？ 因為油耗比我多很多的工業車（大卡車、水泥車等等）、商業車（公車、計程車等等）等等
後面的老闆應該都有一些力 我們這種自用小客車 只有任憑擺佈的份 (不要啊) (不要啊)
