【防止骨質疏鬆症良方】

龜鹿二仙膠


　　　龜鹿二仙膠是治筋骨痿軟，功能強筋健骨，補氣、生精補髓的常用藥方。其效果非常良好，尤其對骨質疏鬆症更具神效。

　　　龜鹿二仙膠其組成只有鹿角十斤、龜板五斤、枸杞二斤、人參一斤共四味藥熬膏而成。此四味藥看起來只有「補」之能，對「治」之力量似嫌不足，所以長期服用對骨質疏鬆的防止能達到最高的效果。此方的組成藥味及其藥理作用，依據「醫方集解」及醫宗金鑑的「刪補名醫」方論的論述如下：

　　　【醫方集解】

　　一、 此足少陰藥也，龜為介蟲之長，得陰氣最全，鹿角遇夏至即解，稟純陽之性，且不兩月長至一，二十斤，骨之速生無遇於此者，故能峻補氣血。兩者皆用氣血以補氣血，所謂補之其顏色。人參大補元氣，枸杞滋陰助陽。

　　二、 此血氣陰陽交補之劑，氣足則精固不遺、血足則視聽明了、久服可以益壽，豈第已疾而已哉。


　　　【刪補名醫方論】

　　一、 李中梓曰：人有三奇，精、氣、神、生生之本也。精傷無以生氣，氣傷無以生神、精不足者補之以味，鹿得天地之陽氣最全，善通督脈，足以精者、故能多淫而壽。

　　二、 龜得天地之陰氣最具，善通任脈，足以氣者、故能伏息而壽。二物氣血之屬，味最純陽，又得造化之元微，異類有情，竹破竹補之法也。

　　三、 人參益氣，枸杞生精，佐龜鹿補陰補陽，無偏勝之愛，人氣入血有和平之美，由是精生而氣旺，氣旺而神昌，庶幾龜鹿之年矣！故曰二仙。


　　　綜上述的藥物組成及藥理作用，對骨質疏鬆，最具功效的在於鹿角和龜板用此以鹿角為君，龜板為臣，取此二味含有豐富的膠質，以補骨骼「鈣」的不足，佐以枸杞滋陽，人參大補元氣而生血（氣旺則血生）。

　　　準此觀之，筆者淺見，此方的血藥似嫌單薄，如再加入聖愈湯或加重鹿茸之類補血強骨，相輔相成，必更能發揮對治療骨質疏鬆症效能。

　　　幾千年前，中醫並無骨質疏鬆的名詞，只知膠質之類有補骨的功效，與現代醫學骨骼需鈣來供給營養不謀而合。鈣對骨骼的生長及保健非常重要，尤其對人體達到某種程度的年齡，所謂「更年期」時更需要補充。

　　　 因為，通常一般的食物中，所含的鈣不能在胃腸全部吸收，因此必需靠食補或藥物加以補充。

　　　鹿角在此方佔有重要的地位，因鹿角在現代醫學研究得知其成份含有豐富的膠質、碳酸鈣、磷酸鈣等。依據美國學者：H ﹐WINTER﹒GRIF-FITH醫學博士著（維他命、礦物質、營養補充品）乙書所載，碳酸鈣、磷酸鈣可幫助骨骼的成長和防止骨質疏鬆症。

　　　 而龜板是入腎的藥物，腎主骨，若腎虛虧損致筋骨不健，必引起腰腳瘦弱步履無力，加以龜板有滋補腎陰之功效、故能健骨強筋，此二味以君臣配合得宜，必使藥得力而奏效。

　　　龜鹿二仙膠是含有純天然營養的鈣質，與化學的碳酸鈣、磷酸鈣當然有很大的差別，雖然同樣可防止骨質疏鬆症，但龜鹿二仙膠兼有補氣補血的功效、而且是純天然的動、植物所製成，絕對沒有副作用，可安心長期服用。

　　　龜鹿二仙膠其組成藥味，除人參較為昂貴外、其他三味都是高貴不貴「物豐價廉」的藥物。如用飲片加入上述補血的藥物，與含有較富有鈣質的，如小排骨、牛骨等食物合燉取湯液服用，更有獨特的效果。

【大紀元10月27日報導】（中央社記者李錫璋台中市二十七日電）龜鹿二仙膠是有名的補氣與補血中藥複方，但不是任何時候都能熬煉出品質最佳的龜鹿二仙膠。台中市一家中醫醫院總經理彭肯村今天表示，每年秋分過後才是熬煉的最佳時期，且需經過七、八天的連續焠煉，才能煉出上品。


市面上有許多龜鹿二仙膠產品，但一般消費者只知道這是一種補氣與補血的中藥良方，根本無從辨認其真假與品質優劣。
彭肯村說，龜鹿二仙膠是用龜板（龜的腹部）及鹿角一起熬煉而成，龜板屬涼性，鹿角屬熱性，可相互調和出極佳的健康補品。

他指出，要熬煉高品質的龜鹿二仙膠不是隨時可得，每年秋分過後才是最佳的熬煉良機，而且熬煉的時間長達七、八天，期間必須連續控制火候，不能中斷，所以過程並不簡單。

他認為，消費者如果要購買真正且高品質的龜鹿二仙膠，一定要眼見為憑，或是向值得信賴的中醫購買，千萬不要相信道聽塗說，以免浪費金錢又得不到應有的效果。

不過最重要還是要符合証型啦...
