生菌超量！高雄糖廠冰不合格　全面下架

知名的台糖冰品，竟然被衛生單位抽驗出超量的生菌數；高雄縣衛生局抽檢市售冰品50件中，有8件不合格，其中就包括台糖高雄糖場出產的「可可枝仔冰」，生菌數超過1.2倍；有遊客聽聞這樣的訊息，是嚇的不敢買冰；而衛生單位也強調，會要求廠商限期改善。


知名的糖廠枝仔冰，可可口味，被驗出超量生菌數，即使已經全面下架，但還是讓遊客嚇壞了。

消費者：「把它放回去啊。」記者：「為什麼？」消費者：「說檢驗有不合格。」消費者：「應該還好啦，台糖信譽蠻好的啊。」

高縣衛生局科長蔡淑真：「防腐劑是全部合格，冰品部分，生菌數跟大腸桿菌群超量。」

高雄縣衛生局抽驗市售50項的冰品中，有8項不合格，檢驗項目包括防腐劑、生菌數以及大腸桿菌群，而台糖的可可枝仔冰，生菌數超標1.2倍，甚至甲仙相當知名的芋仔冰，也有店家被驗出生菌數超高3倍、大腸桿菌群超量4.6倍。

台糖高雄區副理陳振芳：「有可能是在運送過程，或者製作過程，碰到生水，產生的。」

知名冰品不合格，台糖趕緊出面澄清，表示30多項冰品中，只有單一項不合格，應該是運送時，保存出了狀況，但為了慎重起見，還是將可可枝仔冰全面下架，要讓消費者吃的安心。
