登革熱警戒觸紅燈 環衛局緊盯

上月有村里飆至4級

〔記者張聰秋／彰化報導〕根據彰化縣登革熱預警系統監測，最近2個月來縣內登革熱病媒蚊的密度布氏指數，已有村里達到3級，甚至飆升至4級的紅燈區，進入爆發疫情大流行的警戒，縣衛生局和環保局不敢掉以輕心，提醒民眾加強居家內外環境清潔。


彰化縣589個村里，衛生局每月巡迴採樣，並將調查結果彙整在衛生局網站的登革熱預警系統，早在今年3月間，衛生局發現縣內已有5處村里出現布氏指數2級，到了4月間，達到2級的村里數增加到7處，還有1處村里出現3級，5月間雖然達到2級的村里降為6處，但卻意外地出現4級的村里，讓衛生局人員繃緊神經。


6月間繼續檢測，發現布氏指數達2級的村里數又竄升為9處，3級的村里有1處，幸好沒再發現4級的村里。


紅燈級數區 全村打掃

負責這項業務的縣衛生局疾病管制課長吳聰賢表示，一知道出現3、4級紅燈區，馬上要求該村里總動員清潔環境，一周後複檢，全降為1級安全區，警報解除。


吳聰賢指出，彰化縣目前沒有爆發大流行疑慮，今年尚無疫情傳出，但每年5至10月碰上梅雨季和颱風季，是登革熱病媒蚊好發的高峰期，民眾仍不能大意。


他說，引起革登熱的病媒蚊有埃及斑蚊和白線斑蚊兩種，彰化縣以白線斑蚊為主，這兩種蚊子的生活習慣和其他蚊子不同，它們的幼蟲孑孓，容易孳生在容器積水中，等變成成蟲後帶有登革熱病毒，人被叮咬可能感染登革熱。


自我檢查表 環局提供

縣環保局代理局長陳雪莉也提醒民眾，每周至少1次清除居家環境，倒掉廢輪胎、鐵鋁罐、帆布、保特瓶、盆栽墊盤、保麗龍等積水，並倒置存放保持乾燥，環保局並提供「清除登革熱病媒蚊孳生源自我檢查表」，民眾可自行檢視居家環境。
