洗腎洗一半 機器故障 腎友盼召回檢修

洗腎洗到一半，機器竟然故障，原本應自動偵測發佈警示的訊號也失靈，結果造成病患嚴重失血，醫師提醒，如果在洗腎時，出現跟平常不同的異狀，一定要告知醫護人員，不要悶在心裡，提高警覺，才能自救。


洗腎病友家屬吳文興說，他的太太洗腎三年多，一年多前固定在新竹市安慎診所洗腎，去年10月24日時，機器突然故障，導致他的太太失血數百毫升，並出現胸痛、胸悶、心悸、頸部發脹、頸部血管明顯脹突等症狀，洗腎後，復元時間也從12小時延長為18小時，因為身體不適，後來也被迫退休。


吳文興認為，這是機器本身設計不良導致，因此要求代理廠商—衛寶公司說明，並全面召回洗腎機器檢查，以避免更多病友受害，但衛寶都一再推託。


衛寶︰今年9月軟體會更新

不過，該公司行銷處長鍾芝惠表示，會發生機器故障機率很低，去年底已請工程人員針對全國的一千多台機器全面檢查，並加強教育訓練，提醒醫院、診所注意，今年9月還會進行軟體更新。


新竹市安慎診所洗腎中心主任溫玉嬌昨天受訪時表示，去年10月間，確曾發生一名腎友在洗腎過程中，出現機器運轉故障情形，但經醫護人員緊急處理後，這名腎友的狀況已穩定，目前仍持續在診所接受洗腎照護治療；診所也協助腎友家屬做處理，後續也有提供相關的協助。


新光醫院腎臟科主治醫師江守山表示，如果洗腎洗一半，機器故障，嚴重會致命，過去曾出現病患應該脫水，卻大量灌水，引起肺水腫；還有把空氣抽進入血液內，造成腦中風。
