「假日到哪裡去都有很多人，不如待在家裡看電視吧！」您是否曾有過一坐就是一整天，除了上廁所外，吃飯、看電視，然後睡覺？


如果整天坐在沙發上，不知不覺越坐越低，雙腿抬在桌面，腰部沒有任何支撐，頭部歪向一側，久而久之易出現腰部痠痛、腿麻、肩頸背部痠痛的問題，更嚴重時，還會造成急性椎間盤凸出。


其實要預防這些問題，只要多多注意生活中的一些小細節，就可以避免了。


首先就是要選擇支撐良好的椅子，盡量不要坐太軟的沙發；椅面不要太深，椅子的高度可以讓膝彎曲約90度，雙足能平踩於地面；椅背要夠高，能支撐整個背部，特別是在腰部處，要有加強的突出，可以使用硬一點的靠墊置於腰處，支撐腰椎；當然若在兩側有扶手更加理想，可以讓雙肘自然靠著。


最重要的是，不能從早坐到晚，每隔半小時至40分鐘，一定要起來活動活動，不管再好的椅子，坐太久，對身體來說，總是不好的。


除了坐著看電視外，也可以站起來一邊看電視，一邊做做伸展運動、拉拉筋。


●將一手舉高，腰部側彎向對側，伸展腰部兩旁肌肉（圖一）。


●利用椅背當扶手，一腳彎曲，用手將腿拉向臀部，伸展大腿前側肌肉（圖二）。


●一腳膝彎曲，另一腳伸直，站立呈弓箭步，伸展小腿肌肉（圖三）。


●雙手在臀部後方握拳，將胸部挺出，伸展整個背部（圖四）。


要注意的是，每次至少要停留10秒鐘！


簡單的伸展運動，可以預防肌肉、骨骼的問題發生。但如果已經出現疼痛及不適，記得一定要儘快求助於物理治療師的幫助，才不會造成更嚴重的問題，和拖延了復原的時間。
