發作前視覺預兆 像梵谷畫作

〔記者王昶閔／台北報導〕據統計，大約有兩成偏頭痛患者，在頭痛發作前會出現獨特的視覺感官經驗，被稱為視覺預兆，型態以閃光、火花、亮點居多，有時會在患者眼前不斷閃爍與移動。有些視覺預兆類似名畫家梵谷的畫作，也有極少數人會出現「愛麗絲夢遊仙境」般的幻視覺，眼前的人事物，縮小或變大或變形，發生的確切原因至今仍然是謎團。


台灣頭痛學會理事長王署君表示，視覺預兆主要在頭痛發作前出現，通常會在一小時內結束。大部分病患的描述，是看到移動的單一光點，或眼前出現閃電般閃光，有時眼前是一片朦朧，預兆會反覆出現。此外，鋸齒形的閃爍光芒、教堂鑲嵌玻璃，也是常見的視覺預兆描述。


王署君本身也是偏頭痛患者，他的視覺預兆跟不少病人一樣，是一個閃爍的輪子，中間則比較暗。他表示，視覺預兆很少是彩色繽紛的，顏色通常是黑白色系，內容很單調。
