力挺ECFA 4企業老闆動機可議

馬政府積極推動兩岸簽署經濟合作架構協議（ＥＣＦＡ），不少企業老闆發聲力挺，但這些豪門巨富過去幾年熱中投資中國，甚至台灣關廠、中國蓋廠，在中國雇用勞工人數更數倍、數十倍於台灣，中國投資事業產能早就超過台灣，附和政府是為自己口袋麥克麥克，還是著眼台灣未來，令人質疑。

早在中國投資設廠 產能超越台灣


「兩岸不簽ＥＣＦＡ，那台灣就不要混了，失業會更嚴重」，這話出自商總理事長張平沼之口。張平沼頂著過去台灣省商業會理事長、商總理事長等頭銜，到對岸耕耘政商關係已久。


光從股市觀測站等公開資訊來看，張平沼領軍的金鼎集團在中國投資金額至少十七億元，旗下生產自行車的愛地雅，台灣廠產能僅卅五萬輛、雇用約四百名員工，但東莞廠產能一百廿萬輛，雇用四倍於台灣的員工人數。另一家燿華電子，雖然主要生產基地還在台灣土城，但早投資十三億餘元成立上海展華電子。


金仁寶集團董事長許勝雄則說，「不速簽ＣＥＣＡ，出走是企業唯一選項。」其實金仁寶集團早就出走了。過去，是台灣筆記型電腦生產基地的桃園龜山到平鎮，現在到處可見閒置廠房，仁寶在內的筆電大廠過去在台雇用數千員工，前幾年生產線幾乎全數西移，雇用員工剩百餘人。


遠東集團董事長徐旭東也力挺ＣＥＣＡ，事實上，遠東集團光遠紡、亞泥、遠百及東聯等主要企業到中國投資金額就超過五十五億元，轉投資公司家數逾五十家，亞泥、遠紡在中國產能早就超過、甚至數倍於台灣。難不成，兩岸簽署ＣＥＣＡ或ＥＣＦＡ，徐老闆就願意不關台灣廠產能，甚至將中國產能移回台灣嗎？

台塑集團旗下光台塑、南亞及台化等三家公司，轉投資中國金額更超過六百億，早年要不是前總統李登輝力阻，讓台塑海滄計畫不能成真，現在又因中國中石化集團強烈反對，讓台塑不能主導所謂「大乙烯計畫」，台塑集團在中國的投資金額恐早就超過台灣。
