政論節目可別亂爆料！ NCC修法要重罰

有鑑於名嘴或政治人物常利用政論節目爆料，造成社會困擾。國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）今（4）日公布「衛星廣播電視法修正案」，明訂衛星廣播事業在製播新聞及評論時，應符合事實查證及公平原則。如有違反情形，將處以新台幣30萬元以上，200萬元以下罰鍰，最重將可停播。


台灣政論節目盛行，但是常發生名嘴或政治人物常利用節目爆料，造成社會困擾，最有名的案例就是陳幸妤控告名嘴張友樺。對此，NCC修改原「衛星廣播電視法第17條內容」，增列衛星廣播電視事業及境外衛星廣播電視事業之分公司和代理商，應該要尊重多元文化、維護人性尊嚴和善盡社會責任。條文中並且增訂，製播新聞和評論，應符合事實查證及公平原則。


NCC表示，增列上述規定，是希望未來媒體在製播新聞和評論時，要避免因未查證，導致新聞事實因片段取材、煽情、誇大和偏頗等失衡情形發生。


而為了有效約束媒體自律，NCC同時新增「衛星廣播電視法第45條」，如有違反製播新聞違反事實查證原則，將處以新台幣30萬元以上，200萬元以下罰鍰，若情節重大者，NCC可勒令停播。
