失業率破五%　失業人數近五十五萬　創新高 【16:09】


〔記者鄭琪芳／台北報導〕失業潮襲捲而來，國內失業率破五％！行政院主計處今天下午今年十二月失業率五點零三％，創下六年來同月新高，失業人數更高達五十四萬九千人，創下歷年來新高。

和亞洲國家相較，我國失業率也是偏高，香港最新失業率四點一％、韓國三點三％、日本三點九％、新加坡則是二點二％，均低於我國的五點零三％。

根據主計處統計，去年十二月就業人數一千零三十五萬四千人，較去年十一月減少五萬六千人，較前年同期也減少二萬七千人；去年平均就業人數一千零四十萬三千人，較前年增加十萬九千人，增幅僅一點零六％，是六年來新低，顯示勞動市場成長動能趨緩。

去年十二月失業人數則是五十四萬九千人，其中「因工作場所業務緊縮或歇業」而失業者二十五萬人，創七年來同月新高，總計四個月來關廠歇業而失業者已增加十一萬九千人，增加幅度之大、速度之快，創歷年之最。
