衛生署：三聚氰胺容忍攝入量標準研議中

（中央社記者陳清芳台北6日電）世界衛生組織與聯合國糧農組織合辦專家會議，訂出三聚氰胺的每日可容忍攝入量，設為每公斤體重0.2毫克；對此，行政院衛生署今天表示，國內的相關標準仍在研議中。

世界衛生組織（WHO）宣布，與聯合國糧農組織（ FAO）合辦，在加拿大舉行的「三聚氰胺與三聚氰酸的毒理學面向緊急專家會議」設定此種有毒化學物質的每日可容忍攝入量（TDI），為每公斤體重0.2毫克。

這場會議並沒有訂出食品檢出三聚氰胺的上限，世衛在新聞稿指出，許多國家訂定嬰兒奶粉的三聚氰胺含量上限為1ppm，其他食品中為2.5ppm，估計50公斤重的成人，每天吃四公斤含2.5ppm三聚氰胺的食品，才會攝入10毫克的三聚氰胺。

衛生署發言人王哲超指出，由於不了解三聚氰胺的環境背景值，也未確定正式的檢驗方法，因此世衛雖訂出每日容忍攝取入量為0.2mg/kg/day，衛生署不會馬上跟進。

王哲超表示，國內對一般食品的三聚氰胺檢驗標準為「不得檢出」，鑑於歐美等地陸續訂為2.5ppm（即每公斤含2.5毫克），衛生署會將再邀請專家討論三聚氰胺的檢驗方式及合格標準。

他指出，關於三聚氰胺的檢驗標準，第一個是在食品中的檢出標準，第二個是人體每日容忍攝入量，其他還有最大攝取量等，衛生署都在研議中。971206
