在中國街頭看到人生病倒地，很少有人敢出面照顧，因為傳出太多「好心沒好報」的案例，幫人的忙反遭誣告求償，北京市近日提出「好人法」，用法律保障緊急現場的救護行為。

新華網今報導，北京市14屆人民代表大會常務委員會20次會議審議的「北京市院前醫療急救服務條例（草案）」旨在保障善心人士不受誣告，可以放手救助陌生人。病患及家屬如捏造事實向提供幫助者惡意索賠，也將承擔法律責任。

修訂中的草案，鼓勵具備醫療急救專業技能的個人在醫療急救人員到達前，對急、危、重患者實施緊急現場救護，相關行為受法律保護。

過去在中國各地有太多案例令人卻步，路人出手扶持倒在街上的老人，反而被指控為車禍肇事者，遭老人控告求償，還有醫護人員急救病患後，反被病患家屬控告「按壓」病患致死，「好人法」因應而生。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
