你知道自己平常的體溫是幾度嗎？日本研究調查顯示，20歲女性的平均體溫約為36.1度。體溫低的人，體內基礎代謝率低，較不利於美容保養已經是基本常識。但你知道嗎？低溫體質與高溫體質的女性差異，除了反應在身體保健以外，跟戀愛和工作也有相當關係！

日本調查數據顯示，曾被5人以上告白過的女性中，有37%的人體溫高於平均值，而體溫低的女性約佔31%；再調查目前有交往對象的女性，發現其中有52%的人體溫偏高。除此之外，體溫高的女性對於外在美的意識也比體溫低的女性來得高，對於三餐跟運動量較重視，對各方面行動較積極，也容易吸引異性。

在工作方面，體溫高的女性學習和工作意願都比體溫低的女性來得高，這項差異反應在兩者的收入上：調查顯示，體溫高的女性平均年收入為日幣250.810萬元，體溫偏低的女性平均年收入則約為日幣223.510萬元。
