這其實應該是醫學倫理層次的問題。

倫理是共同討論出來的，會隨著時代、社會的改變而改變。

不如趁著民怨四起的時候
把這議題鬧大
唯有把議題鬧大，或者是烏賊戰術（公家機關週末上班／健保局週末上班）
要死也要拉他們一起死
那些健保酷吏才有可能會妥協

至少對這議題，如果開業醫/醫師還是繼續沉默
那醫師永遠就是被健保酷吏奴役的命運

醫師未充分休息，容易注意力不集中精神渙散，容易出錯，不利於"公共利益" (挖鼻孔)

為何有人要求醫師不顧自己健康, 只需照顧民眾健康,
醫師就奮不顧身的勇往直前!
我認為看診日數有無違憲並不重要,
重要的是
醫師自己有沒有尊重自己的專業及健康?
