陳寶郎：六輕維修人力不足 請政府協助

台塑石化公司董事長陳寶郎今天表示，六輕工安事故，牽涉很多層面，目前汰換管線所需人力都是來自國內廠商，若要加快進度，需要更多包商來承攬，發包時如果投標廠商不多，代表工人不足，到時希望政府專案同意引進外勞。（黃悅嬌報導）

在麥寮連環爆下，現最火紅的就是台塑麥寮的徵才，不免俗的當然也要來去參與一下囉！那麼誘人的日薪(我老婆可是要做個1星期才領得到)，到了現場實際徵才的企業跟所發放的文宣企業數量~~~差粉大，還以為會人山人海~~~~結果......，另外徵才所寫的相關經驗不拘，實際去應徵時才發現，企業要的人才是要有證照的(心想還好我有證照)，但是一拿出來職訓局所發的證照，企業卻說要台塑所發的焊接証照才行~~~~~~~~~~~~~這這這 不是在裝肖仔嗎？文宣上也不說，電視上也不說還說請不到人，切~~~~職訓局發的焊接證照不能用，那那那去職訓局學習並考上證照的人~~~~~是白花錢的嗎(乾脆北、中、南訓就收起來，都到台塑來訓練考照就好了)？？？重點是還從台中跑到雲林(油錢......又漲真是的賠人夫人又折了兵) 結論就是~~~~~職訓局你你你輸了~~~人家要台塑的拉 還挺台灣~~~~~我們這些低層的員工誰來挺丫

朋友麥寮上班說問題很大,海風侵蝕下,連管壁十公分厚鋼管,居然被鹽分蝕穿,還有地層下陷拉扯管線問題,就算原管換新也不知能撐多久

聽他說完,次日跌停清掉台塑股票,難怪放出這消息

中鋼(2002-TW)集團轉投資公司中鋼精材，7月開始投產，在特殊合金領域，才初試啼聲，因產品品質媲美日廠產品，且價格相當具有競爭力，台塑集團(1301-TW)的六輕換管商機，以及鴻海集團(2317-TW)富士康的模具用鋼，都找上中鋼精材接洽。其中與富士康部分，雙方已正式建立「合作開發平台」，最快明年起中鋼精材即可望成為富士康模具鋼供應商。

中鋼精材目前產品包括純鈦、鈦合金，以及鎳基合金、特殊不鏽鋼和模具鋼等，其中台塑六輕管材需要耐高溫、抗腐蝕等特性，中鋼精材的鎳基合金產品，在成本與品質等雙重考量下，極有機會成為管材廠商主要料源，中鋼也不否認與台塑「一直有接觸」。


在模具鋼部分，富士康為全球第一大電子產品代工廠，而模具為富士康主要核心競爭優勢，對模具品質極為重視，多年來富士康的模具鋼一直向日廠採購，而中鋼精材開始投產後，由於產品品質媲美日本，但價格明顯低於日廠，富士康對精材的模具鋼產品，也有極濃厚興趣。

據了解，中鋼精材與富士康已正式建立「合作開發平台」，富士康已提出冷作模具鋼、熱作模具鋼等規格與數量需求，最快明年起，中鋼精材即可開始供貨，成為富士康模具鋼供應商。
