不少藝人藉就學逃避兵役，引發社會議論。內政部長江宜樺今天(23日)在立法院表示，已與其他主管機關協商，決定修改兵役法相關實施辦法，將現行可申請緩徵的最高年齡33歲調降為28歲，以禁止這些取巧、鑽法律漏洞的逃兵役方式。


現行兵役法規定，在校就學的男學生得申請辦理緩徵，若年齡超過33歲仍未畢業者，則不得緩徵。不過，許多藝人藉由多次轉學辦理緩徵或逃避兵役，造成社會觀感不佳。


立委蔡正元23日傍晚在立法院質詢時表示，學校提供逃避兵役機會，顯示內政部與教育部管理出了問題，應該進行修正。


內政部長江宜樺答詢時表示，內政部已與各主管機關單位研商，決定修改相關辦法，將現行33歲的可申請緩徵期限，縮短至28歲。他說：『(原音)今天早上內政部邀請教育部、國防部等相關單位，已經開會決定，會修改免役、免召、緩徵等等的辦法，我們會規定類似這種情況，可以申請緩徵的年齡最多只能到28歲，而不是現行規定的33歲。』


江宜樺強調，對於取巧、鑽法律漏洞的逃避兵役方式，要加以禁止。


教育部長吳清基也說，已經要求學校定期報告這些藝人學生的出缺勤狀況，若曠課達一定時數將予以退學。
