【劉昌松、孫友廉╱台北報導】林姓婦人十年前產後發現左乳有硬塊，擔心是腫瘤，趕緊到林口長庚醫院求診，沒想到醫師葉俊男沒詳查就判定乳癌切除左乳，事後組織化驗才發現只是良性泌乳管腺瘤，林婦不僅在罹癌恐懼下白挨刀，還不幸失去左乳。高等法院昨判葉俊男和長庚醫院須賠償林女義乳重建費用等一百萬元。


記者昨走訪林宅，林家人低調拒訪。但林婦曾在一審時痛罵葉俊男沒醫德且態度惡劣，「好像割一塊豬肉般事不關己」，更嘲諷她藉機要錢，害她失去乳房暗夜哭泣。


術前沒做病理切片

二審時林婦向法院表示，左乳無端遭切除後，不但日常生活不便，甚至影響夫妻生活，身心遭受極大痛苦。長庚醫院昨則回應表示：「尊重司法。」
判決指出，林婦十年前三十八歲剛生產完，就發現左側乳房有硬塊，趕緊在當年八月二十四日先到恩主公醫院檢查，醫師進行乳房細胞抽吸檢驗後，初步懷疑她罹患乳癌，但建議住院詳查，以免結果只是偽陽性，林女因放心不下，轉到林口長庚就診。
沒想到長庚醫師葉俊男只對林婦問診、觸診、超音波檢查，在沒有組織切片確認病情下，就綜合恩主公醫院的檢驗結果及林婦家族曾有乳癌病史，判定她得了乳癌，八月二十九日馬上手術切除左乳。但手術後組織送驗結果卻顯示，只是良性泌乳管腺瘤。
