醫師於接受前項專科醫師訓練前，應先完成畢業後綜合臨床醫學訓練

（以下稱一般醫學訓練）



一、中華民國一百年二月一日以後自國內大學醫學系或中醫學系選醫學系

雙主修畢業者，訓練期間為一年。

二、一百年一月三十一日以前自國內大學醫學系或中醫學系選醫學系雙主

修畢業，已領有醫師證書，於一百零一年六月三十日以前接受一般醫

學訓練者，訓練期間依中央衛生主管機關公告之該年度一般醫學訓練

計畫辦理；於一百零一年七月一日以後接受一般醫學訓練者，訓練期

間為一年。

三、自國外大學醫學系畢業，已領有醫師證書，於一百年六月三十日以前

接受一般醫學訓練者，訓練期間依中央衛生主管機關公告之該年度一

般醫學訓練計畫辦理；於一百年七月一日以後接受一般醫學訓練者，

訓練期間為一年。

四、自國內、外大學牙醫學系畢業，已領有牙醫師證書，於九十九年七月

一日以後接受一般醫學訓練者，訓練期間為二年。

九十九年一月三十一日以前，已自國內、外大學牙醫學系畢業，於一百零

一年六月三十日以前接受專科醫師訓練或醫師領有外國之專科醫師證書，

經中央衛生主管機關認可者，得不受前項應先完成一般醫學訓練規定之限

制。
