梅姬北轉 嚴防豪雨

（中央社記者陳舜協台北20日電）中央氣象局表示，中度颱風梅姬已逐漸轉北前進，但未來若颱風東邊的高壓減弱，梅姬走向可能稍微偏東前進，今、明天是關鍵。颱風外圍環流與東北季風的共伴效應，應嚴防豪雨。


由於梅姬颱風未來走向不明朗，氣象局也不排除梅姬朝東偏轉的可能性。氣象局表示，若資料分析發現梅姬向東偏轉，會馬上發布海上颱風警報，但預估颱風外圍環流與東北季風共伴效應，迎風面地區應嚴防豪雨，降雨時間會持續至24日。


根據氣象局雨量觀測資料，今天凌晨0 時到中午12時40分止，降雨區域主要集中在台北縣市山區，台北市文山區指南里、台北縣石碇及平溪火燒寮累積降雨量都已超過125毫米。氣象局表示，梅姬颱風上午8 時中心位置在鵝鑾鼻南南西方640公里處，以每小時7公里速度朝北北西方轉北方向前進，近中心最大風速維持每秒48公尺中颱上限，7 級風暴風半徑250公里、10級風暴風半徑100公里，預測明天上午8時中心位置在鵝鑾鼻西南方540公里處。


氣象局表示，梅姬颱風目前夾在兩個高壓帶中間，沒有明顯導引氣流以致於速度變慢，預測未來會朝北方緩慢前進，不過，各國氣象預報機構對梅姬走向看法紛歧，還沒有一致定論，必須密切觀察今天、明天的走向。若未來偏東，就會發布海上颱風警報。991020
