嘉義民宿餐廳「泉元山莊」口口聲聲否認自己有賣熊掌宴，讓踢爆整起事件的動保團體很生氣，進而公佈他們自己的蒐證畫面；影帶中，民宿業者親口承認有賣熊掌宴，一桌2萬，還說要提前2個月預約。


台灣動物社會研究會昨日召開記者會，公布泉元山莊不當拘禁保育類動物馬來熊致發瘋、死亡；平面媒體今日以頭版報導山莊業者林金修烹煮熊掌實況，台灣動物社會研究會主任陳玉敏說，林的兒子林恆毅曾敘述怎麼烹煮流程，研究會都已錄下，可上該研究會網站閱覽（網址：http://www.east.org.tw）。


去年月，該動保團體在嘉義梅山鄉這間民宿餐廳拍到2隻大熊被關在鐵籠內，模樣相當可憐，沒想到今年2月馬來熊已經不見蹤影，向店家詢問，竟然還說了這段話：要吃熊掌宴可以，而且還得提前二個月預約。


台灣動物社會研究會今年初也取得間接事證，餐廳第二代經營者毫無保育概念，明白表示可以做「熊掌宴」，一桌大約2萬元，但須事先預定，「告訴原住民，他們就會去抓。」還透露，其他諸如山羌、穿山甲等保育類動物也可以提供。


該會表示，自2008年起即接獲民眾舉報，指稱泉元餐廳業者從78年野保法通過前，就已經開始宰殺保育類野生動物販售，20年來不曾停止。業者除殺害台灣熊，還從緬甸、中國、越南…等地走私進口熊掌，呼籲檢調應該即刻介入，追查海關和海防是否有包庇等不法行為。


到底這家餐廳有沒有賣熊掌宴？農委會還在調查，但若是政府單位繼續消極處理，幾年後不知道還能不能看到這些珍貴的保育動物。（新聞來源：年代新聞）

嘉義民宿餐廳枉顧法紀賣熊掌宴，其實動保團體前一天，就已經點名業者私賣野味，因為他們早在1、2年前就開始追查，還拍攝影片，表示熊的飼養環境很不好；最啟人疑竇的是，今年2月其中一隻死了，卻找不到屍體，懷疑已經流入黑市。如今消息曝光，才大陣仗上門抽查，動保團體感慨的說，過去不知檢舉過多少次，但在這之前，主管機關連一次都沒來過。


穿著森林保育警察背心，逐一走進廚房內。餐廳業者：「這也是啊，這也是三層肉。」

有的查看冰箱，也有的負責蒐證。餐廳業者：「早餐都是一些饅頭、飲料，這邊是一些醬料。」

大陣仗上門突擊，是因為早在前一天，動保團體就已點名這家餐廳，疑似私賣熊掌，雖然突擊沒查到熊掌，不過菜單白紙黑字寫著賣山羌肉。餐廳業者：「另外還有野生山羌肉，還有蛇，蛇湯，穿山甲啊。」

但動保團體早就掌握到，今年5月就拍下跟業者對話，並控訴對方私賣野味，證據還不只一樁，大剌剌展示熊的標本，但依法規定，野生動物就算作成標本，也得登記，不禁讓人懷疑這隻熊打哪來？嘉義縣農業處科長：「這邊是路衝，看能不能考慮把熊，比較隱密的地方。」

至於餐廳外頭養著這隻黑熊，動保團體也說，腳掌已經嚴重感染，但業者卻置若罔聞，從1、2年前開始追查，今年2月，還查到一隻馬來熊死亡，聲稱丟棄山谷，地方政府卻只憑照片就結案。

動物社會研究會主任陳玉敏：「這隻熊死掉，到我們舉報之前，嘉義縣政府『一次都沒上來過』，昨天接到情資以後，『立刻』展開『應盡的職責』，『通知地方政府』。」

列為瀕臨絕種的保育類動物出事，中央把球丟給地方，全台有登記121隻，但實際上是很有多是連登記都沒登記的地下黑熊，活的馬來熊20萬，死後貴一倍40萬，台灣黑熊甚至到60萬，但似乎對野生動物黑市如此猖獗，主管機關顯得後知後覺。
