果凍矽膠義乳 不怕消風

「現在，我老公說，我一邊像在室少女，另一邊像生過孩子」。51歲的王小姐在15年前被診斷為乳癌二期，須左乳全乳切除。王小姐在切除手術後長達10年只靠穿戴義乳胸罩，天氣熱時常悶出濕疹，更怕義乳掉落穿幫而不敢出門，胸部裝置鹽水袋後，仍有大小奶及義乳邊緣明顯褶痕問題，鹽水袋又意外破裂「消風」二次，今年改成果凍狀矽膠材質義乳，裝義乳那一側較有彈性，正常那側比較軟，兩側外觀都一樣，目前王小姐也逐漸恢復自信。

前新光醫院整形外科主任楊菘宇醫師表示，對於胸部較豐滿的乳癌病友來說，鹽水袋義乳較適用於雙側重建，若是單側重建，鹽水袋的形狀與柔軟度無法與另一側的天然乳房相提並論，即使有高度專業的技術，也難免有大小奶、不對稱等問題。同時因乳癌病友曾接受切除手術影響部份胸部組織，通常水袋破裂機率較一般隆乳者高，可能面臨義乳突然「消風」的尷尬，或者義乳邊緣可能出現褶痕。

楊菘宇醫師指出，果凍狀矽膠義乳不易摸到袋子邊緣皺摺，也不易滲漏，長期破裂率極低。即使破裂，也不致像鹽水袋一樣，胸部形狀突然出現劇烈變化。不過一旦果凍狀矽膠義乳滲漏、破裂，裝義乳的人可能沒有感覺，且毫無症狀，果凍狀矽膠可能造成組織鈣化。因此建議裝果凍狀矽膠義乳的女性，手術3年後做一次核磁共振攝影(MRI)檢查，之後每2年做一次核磁共振攝影檢查。
