大腸癌年輕化 主因飲食西化 多檢查

大腸癌居國人十大死因的第三位，每年台灣有4000名大腸癌病患死亡，醫師表示，大腸癌患者，約一半的病患有血便現象，不過許多病患完全沒有症狀，而延誤就醫，尤其過去一般認為，大腸癌多發生在五十歲以上族群身上，不過最近發現，也有20-30歲的民眾罹病，主要原因有可能是飲食西化、或者是工作壓力大。

台北市有一位72歲的婦人，平常生活作息正常，也沒有血便、體重減輕或排便習慣改變，不過在一次老人健康檢查，糞便潛血呈現陽性反應，加上家人有大腸癌病史，建議做大腸鏡檢查，結果發現肛門口18公分結腸處，有一個一公分大的腫瘤，病理切片為惡性大腸腺癌，為大腸癌第三期，台北市立聯合醫院家庭醫學科醫師李秉翰表示，病患手術切除恢復良好，如果延誤三個月，狀況可能就不是這麼樂觀。而許多大腸癌病患，可能因為腫瘤位於大腸前端，沒有血便病狀，一不注意就延誤了就醫時間，甚至過去一般認為，大腸癌多發生於五十歲以上的族群身上，不過最近發現，許多20-30歲的年輕人，因為飲食習慣緣故、工作壓力，而罹患大腸癌。


醫師表示，根據美國癌症協會的建議，五十歲以上民眾，每年應該進行一次糞便潛血反應檢查，大腸癌術後患者，一年內則需要接受一次大腸鏡檢查，之後每三年檢查一次，不過有大腸癌家族史的民眾，則要定期進行大腸癌篩檢，預防大腸癌，除了飲食多吃蔬菜水果等高纖食物，避免多餐完全肉食、過多動物性脂肪、或容易烤焦的碳烤食物，平常多運動、不熬夜、適時舒壓、養成每天排便習慣。
