壓力大 二成青壯男雄風不再

【記者林怡秀報導】時時感到疲倦、體重增加、心情低落、性趣缺缺....有這些症狀的男性可得當心，可能是男性荷爾蒙低於標準值！根據統計發現，約有兩成20至40歲的青壯年男子，提早面臨男性荷爾蒙下降的窘境；而讓年輕男性雄風不再的罪魁禍首，就是生活壓力過大！


榮新診所主治醫師沈秉慶表示，「慢性壓力如工作壓力等是主因，另外飲食習慣、缺乏運動，以及經常喝咖啡、碳酸飲料、酒精飲料等，也會讓男性荷爾蒙下降。」


沈秉慶指出，荷爾蒙的標準值約在300至1000ng/dl之間，正常情況下男性荷爾蒙會以每年2％的速度逐年下降，20~30歲男性理應是男性荷爾蒙分泌的巔峰時期，如今卻有兩成的年輕男性面臨這樣的困擾，值得關注。


雖然這些年輕男性大部分沒有不舉的現象，但沈秉慶不諱言，最近因性功能障礙求診的年輕男性確實變多了，「因為生活型態的轉變，讓不少二十多歲的男性也有這方面的困擾。」


沈秉慶提醒，除了壓力，體重過重的男性也要注意，因為過多的脂肪組織會轉化成女性荷爾蒙，進而抑制男性荷爾蒙的分泌，影響到性功能，性生活恐怕也會因此大打折扣。


想重展男性雄風，沈秉慶建議從生活開始著手，尤其是規律運動，對抒壓有莫大助益，「每週三次、一次30分鐘，就能達到很好的效果。」另外，多吃雞肉、魚肉等動物性蛋白質、充足睡眠、控制體重等，都有幫助。如果還是沒有改善，就應在醫師指導下服用含有胺基酸（精胺酸）、鋅等的營養品。
