憂鬱症要如何治療？醫師表示，若為輕度憂鬱症，可經由自我調適及支持諮商改善病患的狀況；如果是中、重
度憂鬱症，就要借助藥物治療了。


林口長庚醫院精神科主治醫師張家銘表示，目前憂鬱症的治療藥物，有舊的三環抗鬱劑、選擇性血清素回收抑
制劑，及「血清素與正腎上腺素回收抑制劑」，其中「血清素與正腎上腺素回收抑制劑」是較新的治療藥物，
治療反應效果佳。


至於副作用方面，選擇性血清素回收抑制劑及「血清素與正腎上腺素回收抑制劑」二者相當，患者比較不會感
到不舒服。


張家銘進一步指出，理想的憂鬱症治療，持續3個月，但由於憂鬱症藥物的效果多在第二週時才出現，但頭
昏、噁心等副作用卻在第一週時就發生，往往使得病患中斷治療，其中又以女性、年輕者、使用舊的三環抗鬱
劑和不在精神科就診的病患最多。


另外，有些患者在吃藥後會產生心理安慰的效果，以為自己都好了而不再繼續就醫，反而增加往後復發的機
率。
