五月一日起，桃園縣內有特定十人叫救護車將收費，最多一千八百元，因為他們在縣府消防局屬亂叫救護車送醫的「黑名單」。

消防局指出，復興鄉黃姓女子為了要到新屋與男友約會，過去兩年來叫消防分隊的救護車九十五次，她都以頭痛等理由要求救護車送她到龍潭鄉的國軍桃園總醫院，把救護車當免費計程車。

五月一日起，黃女若再無故叫消防局救護車就得付費，和黃女一樣被消防局列管濫用救護資源名單中的另外九人，也是把救護車當免費車使用，他們有時只是要回診、有時只是酗酒，均無危及生命安全的病症。不過，這十人有生命危險時，當然也要救送，且免收費。

消防局長謝景旭說，民國九十九年間，龜山鄉有民眾手指頭被割傷叫救護車，同時間附近五百公尺另一人心肌梗塞病發，消防局只好從其他分隊調用救護車，因時間延遲而送醫不治。

他指，收費不是目的，只是盼大家更愛惜寶貴的救護車等醫療資源。

收費有法令依據，「經常性酒醉路倒、醫院回診、無故申請緊急救護服務等明顯濫用消防救護車」的民眾，叫救護車乘坐就要繳費，依距離不同費用六百元到一千八百元間。

救護車若收費須經過分隊、大隊與局本部三層審核，費用將繳入桃園縣公庫。
