原子能委員會昨日強調，因應福島輻射塵可能「空襲」台灣，已每天派員到北中南東進行環境採樣，並研擬比照《天然災害停止辦公及上課作業辦法》，近日內訂定受到鄰國輻射塵擴散影響時，停止辦公上課劑量標準。


國人恐福島核電廠外洩輻射可能飄向台灣，又對原能會提出數據有所質疑，原能會副主委黃慶東昨日表示，「沒有就是沒有」，原能會量測輻射值的技術經過實驗室認證，每年也跟國際原子能總署進行比對及競賽，檢測能力沒有問題。


黃慶東說，原能會從三月十五日開始連續進行輻射檢測，至今沒有檢測到任何數據，將視日本福島核電廠狀況，必要時可適度延長監測時間。


中央氣象局預報中心主任鄭明典也表示，日本核電廠輻射直接影響台灣的機率非常微弱，預測福島核電廠昨晚八時釋出的輻射塵，四月三日起較接近台灣，距離約六百公里，研判不會直接影響台灣。


原能會輻射防護處長李若璨也說，政府已建立標準應變程序，遍布全台的環境輻射偵測網廿四小時監控環境輻射變化，昨日起並每天派員在台北、台中、高雄和宜蘭採集空氣、雨水、海水和土壤等環境樣品，放射性核種監測分析。


他表示，海巡署也派遣兩艘巡航艇，每天輪流到台灣北部海域取樣偵測，輻射塵在到達台灣陸地前，就會被偵測發現，當輻射劑量超過每小時○．二微西弗，就發布警訊，建議民眾採取個人防護措施，盡量減少外出。


李若璨強調，如發布警訊民眾仍須外出，最好要戴帽子、穿長衣長褲、戴口罩，回家後，立即淋浴沖洗，同時盡量不要飲用曝露戶外的水源和食物。


此外，跨部會已有共識，原能會正加緊研擬因應輻射塵擴散影響停止辦公及上課劑量標準，由人事行政局評估比照《天然災害停止辦公及上課作業辦法》，把輻射塵視為「類天然災」，停班停課範圍與警戒值可望近日定案。
