節目上有馬凱教授、潘懷宗、滕西華…

剛好潘懷宗很賣力地解釋藥價差，說大醫院有議價能力，要藥廠吐出獲利給醫院
這不是醫院A人民的錢，而且健保局也會根據醫院進價來調整明年藥價

滕西華馬上插嘴＂可是這不符合人民期待＂…

馬凱教授：
這(藥價)有市場機制，可是管理者認為市場在他眼中不存在，一紙命令就可以改變市場。
哪個人不是商人？醫生也有追求利益的傾向。
自費部分，健保也應該要部分給付
一代健保我打30分，二代我打35分！

潘懷宗：
這部分(自費差額給付)健保局也有難處，如果健保局承認健保藥物較差，自費的較好，一定會被罵翻了

台灣醫療給付不重視服務。

這種庶民都懂的道理，為何號稱整天鑽研健保的民間團體與主管大官們會不懂？
