健保酷吏...

最近發現每次看病經常都在說健保局說要怎樣不能怎樣...
病人有要求時我第一個想到的就是健保局規定怎樣怎樣..
回家後經常覺得有些懊悔. 難道我變成了健保局的官僚了嗎?
或者不知不覺中被健保局制約成這樣?

由於在診所受聘, 也不能太慷慨自宮.
變成兩面壓力. 自宮太多被管理者盯, 申報太"超過"會被健保局盯.
在這兩面壓力下還要顧到"醫療品質", 還要病人高興, 下次才會想要來.
還要注意不能出錯不然又有別的壓力.
不管是醫療的錯或健保申報上的錯.
所以看診時腦子動得不停...注意這個那個.
好在病人不太多, 不然整場看下來一定很疲憊.

但這種看診方式讓我覺得很難受還有自責.
於是角色經常在"爛好人"到"健保酷吏"之間擺蕩.
有點像"反叛白袍"一書中說的看診態度忽冷忽熱.

也讓我想到黑澤明電影"生之慾"中的公務員渡邊,
一輩子呆板冷血不沾鍋的官僚作風,
在得了癌症不久人世後終於有所覺悟,
決定為街坊蓋一座公園, 算是一種懺悔.

什麼時候我們才能拋開所有心頭的健保小警總,
只要關心治病, 不要隨時都在想健保申報的規定?
那時的醫療工作才有快樂和滿足可言....
