搶救失業 國營事業大舉徵才

在就業艱困的寒風中，工作相對穩定、薪資不低的國營事業主動釋出暖流，舉辦徵才活動，包括中油擬周一公布招考一九八名雇用人員；台灣自來水公司將於三月底宣布，以專案方式招考卅名臨時監造設計人員，以因應四年五千億治水工程，預期將再度吸引大批民眾報考，台電也計畫在下半年招考徵才。


除了藍領的雇用人員與臨時監設員外，國營事業兩大龍頭中油、台電還計畫在今年下半年招考白領派用人員（即職員），初估可望釋出近四百名職缺，全案正報經濟部審議。


在失業率屢創新高下，國營事業鐵飯碗暴紅，動輒吸引上萬人爭取，如何擠進窄門，主辦單位及成功考取的國營事業員工表示，熟讀簡章，瞭解考試規則，同時，多參考國營事業歷年考古題，捉對命題原則，將是致勝關鍵。


中油將招考一九八名雇員

中油指出，將於五月份招考一九八名雇用員工，徵才類別有煉製、機械、儀電、土木、加油、測勘等十項，男女不拘，考試簡章將於周一公布。據悉，考試項目，將包括筆試、口試以及現場體能基本測試。在派用人員上，台電與中油也向經濟部提報徵才計畫。


台水今年為配合治水及管線汰換工程，擬於上半年招考臨時監設人員，工作期限為兩年，月薪約三萬七千元，須具有土木等專業能力。台水副總經理胡南澤說，考試簡章最快在三月底前公布。


對有志報告中油雇員者，中油主管指出，這次考試委託台灣金融研訓院辦理，民眾可在簡章公布後，上網查看過去幾年考古題，瞭解考試方向與內容。


值得注意的是，雇員從事藍領工作，除了筆試，還要現場測試，所謂現場測試，主要檢測考生有無懼高症、色盲，以及是否具備基本體能，甚至加考口試。


中油提醒考生，要熟讀簡章，瞭解考試規定，像是一般口試與體能測試會在同一天考，若不明究理，考試當天穿著西裝、皮鞋，考起現場體能測試時，恐在爬高上樓梯間感到縛手縛腳，影響整體表現。


熟讀考古題為致勝關鍵

對未來想報考台電、中油派用人員的考生，大學畢業十餘年，只憑自修一個多月就考上的小吳建議，開放大學畢業生報考的國營事業派用人員（職員）考試，試題沒有研究所考試來得靈活，只要能掌握命題原則，熟讀參考書，要考上並不難。


小吳說，過去幾年國營事業派用人員考試，都由台電主辦，在台電網站上就查得到考古題，雖然每年考試試題重複的不多，惟考生可透過這些題庫捉到一些命題原則，就此原則熟讀大學相關科系報考研究所的參考書，考上機率應可大大提升。


「除了本來就打算陪考、甚至缺考的考生，能擠進正取、備取名單，分數往往只差一、兩分。」小吳提醒，要比別人多出那一、兩分，瞭解當時時事十分重要，兩年前，他參加考試時，試題就出現東協加三，所謂「加三」是哪三國的考題。
