對台錢景很悲觀？ 新台幣16日貶值2.3角 逼近34.3元

在韓元貶破1400元價位，並持續向下探底，加上市場預期主計處週三公布去年第四季經濟成長率數字難看，並將下修今年經濟成長預估值，新台幣匯率今（16）日持續走貶，並一舉貶破34.2元價位，終場以全天最低價34.28元兌1美元作收，重貶2.3角，創下2003年8月20日以來新低價，台北外匯公司成交量8億美元。

匯銀人士指出，在網路科技泡沬化及SARS期間，韓元兌美元也未貶破1400元價位，不過，去年下半年的金融風暴侵襲全球，各國經濟惡化，以出口導向的亞洲經濟體，出口也都出現嚴重衰退，也讓亞洲貨幣競相走貶，韓元更貶破1400元，今日持續下探1420元價位。

新台幣匯率在韓元持續走貶，加上市場對台灣經濟前景趨向悲觀，主計處將於週三公布第四季經濟成長率，市場預測可能負成長5%，主計處更將下俢今年經濟成長預估值，加重新台幣匯率今日的貶壓。

匯銀人士分析，新台幣匯率今日以34.05元平盤開出後，即一路走貶，1個月期海外無本金交割遠期外匯（NDF）溢價幅度擴大至1.4角，因此，上午11時過後，新台幣匯率也貶破34.1元價位，下午台幣貶壓更加沈重，3點30分過後進一步貶破34.2元價位，最後是以34.28元今日最低價作收，重貶2.3角，創下2003年8月20日以來新低價。

匯銀人士認為，新台幣匯率未來仍有貶壓，尤其韓元持續走貶，並貶破過去的新低價，而新台幣匯率貶幅仍趕不上韓元，在基於出口競爭力之下，新台幣匯率可能進一步向34.5元挺進。

為救出口，中央銀行放手讓新台幣匯率今（17）日一舉貶破34.6元價位，終場是以34.62元兌1美元作收，重貶3.4角，不過，不要以為新台幣的貶勢已相當驚人，中央銀行指出，若以今日下午4點台幣收盤價來看，韓元單日貶幅達到1.92%，新台幣貶幅0.98%，新台幣匯率仍是相對穩定。

根據央行公布的最新統計資料，今日國際主要貨幣兌美元匯率普遍呈現貶值，其中以韓元單日貶值1.92%最重，從16日的1427.5元貶至1455.5元，其次則是澳幣單日也重貶1.74%，從0.6503美元兌1澳幣貶至0.6390美元。

至於新台幣匯率今日單日貶幅則有0.98%，貶幅排名第三，從16日收盤價34.28元貶至34.62元；歐元單日貶幅也有0.9%，從1.2752美元兌1歐元貶至1.2637美元兌1歐元。

至於星幣及日圓兌美元17日也有不小的貶幅，星幣從1.5139元貶至1.5272元，單日貶幅0.87%；日圓也從91.55日圓兌1美元貶至92.23日圓兌1美元，單日貶幅0.74%。
